|Recommended: YesModern and decent but lacking amenities — Great location for someone who wants to be near restaurants, bars and other entertaining things. Sometimes it is easy to hear the neighbors above or next to you but it's not terribly loud, and some amenities are lacking such as a workout center or in unit laundry.

While we don't have in unit laundry, we are proud to offer FREE laundry facilities on the 1st floor for all residents in our Resident Lounge - that also offers FREE Wi-Fi while you wait for your wash.
|Recommended: YesNice apartment complex. — Modern style lofts. Plenty of parking. Not a lot of noise from neighbors. All around great place to live.

|Recommended: YesGreat apartment — Love my home and super low key community. However, I can hear upstairs neighbors too clearly which can get irritating on weeknights.

|Recommended: YesGreat, Affordable Downtown Living — I love the location, price, view, and size of this apartment. The parking lot is never completely full, and although there is slight traffic noise from 13th Street, there have been no problems. It's a wonderful bachelor pad, and I would highly recommend it.
|Recommended: YesEasy downtown living — The environment is very laid back, all neighbors keep to themselves but are still friendly. It’s easily within walking distance to bars, the pedestrian, as well as the old market. We have never had an issue with anything in regards to the apartment or maintenance and Everytime we have an issue it’s fixed within 3 days.
|Recommended: YesGood Stay — Good overall stay. Only wish there were washer and dyers in units.
In unit washer/dryers would surely bring 9ines over the top. Luckily all the Resident's do have access to 24/7 FREE wash in our Resident Lounge. Thanks for the feedback, we are glad you enjoyed your stay!
|Recommended: YesOverall very good — This is constructive criticism because I do love 9ines But if you want honest feedback the most frustrating issue is the light outside coming in at night. The blinds do a pretty horrible job at blocking out the light at night. It’s better than nothing but not by my much. That said, maybe not every apartment has a street light directly outside their bedroom window I also wish that more was put into blocking the sound from the traffic on the street and the hallway outside my door. That’s not a big issue but it is noticeable. I spend a lot of my nights sleeping in hotels and I can’t tell you the last time I heard traffic out my window or people in the hall outside my room. I assume it has something to do with a lack of carpeting but I don’t know.. it’s not the end of the world. Overall I’d still say it’s very good

|Recommended: NoAverage — I recently moved there 2 months ago and stay on the 3rd floor. My neighbor right above me makes noises all the time and I can hear it. It's very very annoying. I hate it and makes my all experience not so good.One night I couldn't sleep because he was up that night making all kind of noises.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live downtown — Living at 9ines was a pleasant experience. There is always parking here and very rarely could I hear any neighbors. And the times that I did were usually from the hallway since it is open and echoes amplifies sounds. The appliances were decent but a bit smaller than normal sized ones. There wasn't a ton of kitchen storage. The heater AC unit is a standalone unit instead of central heating cooling. Traffic can get a bit tricky in the area due to the proximity to the event centers. Overall a good value to live in the downtown area.

|Recommended: YesUber Nice Apartment Community — Instant maintenance fixes, no hassles, great staff, acceptable noise levels, great location, Value , get more bang for your buck. If you're looking for apartment amenities, they are offered at sister site which is cool. Great tenants, friendly people, and great location for anything downtown. Safe and secure, with good views of the action.
